3 Step Design Process

Step 1: The Brief

Step 2: The Layout

Step 3: Finishes

Step 1: The Brief

This is our initial meeting with you. We aim to obtain sufficient information about your project so that our designers can create a priced proposal that reflects your specification. We understand that time spent now discussing your requirements and determining the physical constraints of your premises will save us both time and money in the long run. This will ensure everyone is on the same page and that the refurbishment runs smoothly.

We will start by measuring up the area so that our in-house team of designers can produce a reliable scaled drawing.  We will find out your business needs and requirements and suggest options for your space, not only does this cover your storage, meeting rooms and office requirements but also whether you need IT housing, air conditioning, lighting or room for future growth.

This is also a time to let us know the colour scheme you would like or if you have any ideas you would like to incorporate into the design.

This creates a clear path forward and takes you one step further to your perfect workplace.

Step 2 : The Layout

We use the information we receive from you at the brief as well as our expertise and experience in spatial planning and office design to create a bespoke floor plan.

These are extremely helpful in order to make the the most efficient use of the space available to you. Furthermore, it will help you see the best layout for both your new and existing furniture, storage, communal areas, offices, meeting rooms, receptions and refreshment facilities.

You will be able to review the drawings and make alternation to your preference. When you are happy with the layout and elements within the drawing we will provide a quote for the job.

Step 3: Finishes

As soon as we have been selected as your chosen contractor, you can rest assured that our design team will work closely with you to ensure that the final design perfectly matches your requirements and tastes.

Our in house interior designers can put together a mood board full of samples and finishes so you can get a feel for how the project will come together.

Or should you want something to impress we can produce photo realistic 3D renders so you can see exactly what your fit out will look like before any work begins
